Be the Hero of the Keyboard (Responsibilities):

• Help clients with their computer woes (by phone, email, or even visiting them in person!)
• Fix frustrating computer hardware and software issues
• Set up, configure, and keep computer systems, printers, and programs running smoothly
• Maintain a healthy network (think routers, switches, and firewalls) by fixing any connection problems
• Keep an eye on the network’s performance and troubleshoot any connectivity issues
• Write down exactly what problems you solve and how you solved them (so the next technician knows what to do)
• Track all the company’s computers and software
• Stay on top of the latest tech trends to keep your skills sharp

We’re Looking For Tech Superstars (Qualifications):

• Relevant IT qualifications or certifications are a plus!
• At least 3 years of experience fixing computer problems is a must
• You know your way around computer hardware and software like the back of your hand
• You’re a network whiz and can troubleshoot and manage them like a boss
• Excellent problem-solving and thinking skills are key
• You can communicate clearly and build rapport with clients easily
• You can work independently and also collaborate with a team
