As a Busboy at Texas Roadhouse, your primary role is to ensure that the dining area is clean, organized, and ready for guests at all times. You contribute to a positive dining experience by efficiently clearing tables, resetting them for new guests, and assisting the serving staff.
Table Maintenance:
Your responsibilities include promptly clearing tables of used dishes, utensils, and glassware, sanitizing them, and resetting them for the next guests.
Dining Area Cleanliness:
You are tasked with maintaining the overall cleanliness of the dining area, which includes sweeping, mopping floors, and ensuring that trash and recycling bins are emptied regularly.
Assistance to Servers:
You assist the servers by delivering bread, drinks, or other items to tables when needed, refilling beverages, and helping carry trays during peak hours.
Customer Interaction:
Part of your role involves providing polite and friendly customer service, responding to customer requests, and assisting with special seating arrangements.
Restroom Maintenance:
You are responsible for checking and maintaining the cleanliness of restrooms, ensuring they are stocked with necessary supplies and cleaning them during slower periods if required.
