Interior designer and 3D visualizer Required in Dubai

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Interior Designer and 3D Visualizer to join our team. This role requires a professional with a strong eye for aesthetics, an understanding of spatial arrangements, and proficiency in 3D design tools. The ideal candidate will collaborate with clients to develop visually appealing, functional interior spaces and produce high-quality 3D renderings that bring design concepts to life. You will be involved from the initial concept through the final design, ensuring that the client’s vision is realized.

Key Responsibilities

1. Concept Development and Design
   The Interior Designer and 3D Visualizer will work closely with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and the functional requirements of the spaces. You will develop initial design concepts, including selecting color schemes, materials, furniture, and lighting. Your ability to balance aesthetic vision with practical considerations will be crucial in creating both beautiful and functional environments.
2. 3D Visualization and Renderings
   In this role, you will use advanced 3D software to create photorealistic visualizations of design concepts. These renderings will serve as an important tool in presenting ideas to clients, allowing them to fully visualize the proposed design before implementation. You will be responsible for creating detailed 3D models, ensuring they accurately reflect the design intent and meet the project specifications.
3. Project Management and Collaboration
   As an Interior Designer and 3D Visualizer, you will coordinate with architects, contractors, and other team members to ensure the design is executed according to plan. You will oversee the project timeline, ensuring that deadlines are met while maintaining the quality of work. Effective communication and collaboration with other stakeholders are key to the successful implementation of the design.
4. Material and Furniture Selection
   You will be responsible for sourcing and selecting materials, finishes, and furnishings that align with the design concept. This involves researching suppliers, preparing cost estimates, and ensuring the selected elements meet the client’s requirements for durability and aesthetic appeal. Your understanding of current trends and materials will contribute to the overall success of each project.
5. Client Presentations and Feedback
   Throughout the design process, you will present your ideas and visualizations to clients, incorporating their feedback to refine the design. This will require excellent presentation skills and the ability to clearly articulate your design rationale, as well as flexibility to make adjustments based on client preferences.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
• Proficiency in 3D design software such as AutoCAD, 3ds Max, SketchUp, or similar.
• Strong portfolio showcasing previous interior design and 3D rendering work.
• Excellent visualization skills and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of materials, finishes, and furnishings.
• Strong communication and client-facing skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
