Outdoor Salesman Required in Kuwait

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Outdoor Salesman to join our sales team. This role involves direct selling to clients in various locations, promoting our products and services, and building strong customer relationships. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a persuasive sales approach, and the ability to work independently. As an Outdoor Salesman, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions to meet their requirements. You will play a crucial role in driving sales growth and expanding our market presence.

Key Responsibilities

1. Customer Outreach and Sales Generation

• Actively seek out and engage with potential customers through door-to-door visits, on-site meetings, and cold calling.
• Present and promote products or services to prospective clients, demonstrating their features and benefits effectively.
• Identify customer needs, provide suitable product recommendations, and persuade clients to make a purchase.
• Achieve or exceed monthly sales targets by building a robust pipeline of opportunities and closing sales deals.

2. Relationship Building and Client Management

• Establish and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to provide after-sales support, gather feedback, and address any issues or concerns.
• Develop a deep understanding of the client’s business needs and tailor sales strategies to meet their specific requirements.
• Act as a primary point of contact for clients, offering ongoing assistance and maintaining a positive company image.

3. Market Research and Analysis

• Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities, industry trends, and competitor activities.
• Analyze customer feedback and market data to adjust sales strategies and enhance product offerings.
• Monitor market conditions and gather information on potential clients to understand their buying behaviors and preferences.

4. Product Knowledge and Demonstrations

• Develop comprehensive knowledge of the company’s products, including their features, specifications, and benefits.
• Provide product demonstrations to potential clients, explaining how the products meet their needs and solve their problems.
• Stay updated on new product launches, promotions, and industry developments to effectively communicate with customers.

5. Sales Reporting and Documentation

• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions in the company’s CRM system.
• Prepare and submit sales reports, including daily call logs, sales summaries, and market feedback, to the sales manager.
• Track progress against sales targets and KPIs, adjusting strategies as needed to meet goals.

Qualifications and Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
• Proven experience as an outdoor or field salesperson, preferably in a similar industry.
• Strong sales and negotiation skills, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to travel frequently and work flexible hours to meet client needs.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
