Key Responsibilities

Instruction and Lesson Planning

• Develop and deliver lesson plans that align with the curriculum and meet the needs of students.
• Use a variety of teaching methods and resources to accommodate different learning styles and abilities.
• Ensure lessons are engaging, informative, and challenging for students, promoting critical thinking and problem-solving.

Classroom Management

• Maintain a positive, respectful, and productive classroom environment.
• Set clear expectations for behavior and enforce classroom rules consistently.
• Address any disruptive behavior in a constructive manner, ensuring a safe space for all students to learn.

Student Assessment and Support

• Assess and monitor students’ progress through assignments, quizzes, tests, and other evaluation methods.
• Provide feedback to students on their performance, helping them improve and achieve their academic goals.
• Identify students who need additional support and offer guidance, tutoring, or refer them to special education services if necessary.

Communication with Parents and Staff

• Regularly communicate with parents regarding students’ academic progress, behavior, and any concerns.
• Participate in parent-teacher conferences to discuss student development and strategies for improvement.
• Collaborate with colleagues and school staff to support students’ learning and development.

Professional Development

• Attend training sessions, workshops, and school meetings to enhance teaching skills and stay updated on educational trends.
• Continuously evaluate and improve teaching methods to ensure high-quality education for students.
• Contribute to school-wide initiatives and participate in extracurricular activities when required.

Qualifications and Skills

• Education: A bachelor’s degree in education or a related field.
• Certification: Teaching certification as required by the relevant education authorities.
• Proven experience as a teacher or in an educational role is preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet diverse learning needs and styles.
• Passionate about teaching and supporting student growth and development.
