Key Responsibilities

1. Food Preparation and Cooking

  • Prepare ingredients and cook dishes according to recipes or menu specifications.

2. Menu Planning and Development

  • Collaborate with management to design and update menus that attract customers.

3. Maintaining Kitchen Hygiene and Organization

  • Keep the kitchen and workstations clean, organized, and free from hazards.

  • Dispose of waste materials responsibly and recycle where possible.

4. Monitoring Inventory and Supplies

  • Track inventory levels and inform management when supplies need replenishment.

  • Manage the proper storage of ingredients to avoid spoilage and waste.

5. Adhering to Health and Safety Standards
