What We’re Looking For: Qualifications

  • Tech Savvy with a Welding Background: Hold a degree or diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering to understand the technical aspects of welding.
  • Team Player with a Winning Attitude: You can thrive in a team environment while also taking initiative and working independently.
  • Organized & Efficient: Manage your time effectively and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines consistently.
